Representing Jesus in a Post-Christian Society

Over the years our society has changed from being positive towards Christianity to now being dismissive and negative. The Church is seen as an institutionalised community that needs to be ‘managed’ and placated rather than respected or valued as a contributor. How do we represent Jesus in a world that is now not only ambivalent towards Christians, but often openly hostile?
