Building Maintenance Update

Water Damage

Window repairs - Thanks to the Nathan and the guys at NRC, the windows are now completed and Don Cullen has wonderfully offered to paint them next week.

Drainage - The drains have required some substantial excavation, waterproofing and relaying new drain pipe and drain pits, but are now completed. Thanks to Tim and the guys at GreenScene Enviro have done a great job!

Airlock - The water damage to the side entrance airlock are now poised to get underway as we wait upon an assessment from our insurer. This project will require the vinyl tile and chipboard floor to be removed and replaced.

Other Maintenance

Ashphalt - A new speed bump to divert road water run off into the drain is planned to be installed. Some pot holes that that have developed will be repaired.

Line Marking - The lines on the car park are cracked and faded and we also plan to add a pedestrian zone to meet OH&S requirements.

Weeding - Thank you to those who have been doing some weeding over this time, you have been doing a great job!
