Building Maintenance Update

Water Damage

Airlock - The airlock has now been completely repairs after the water damage expirienced from nearly 4 months ago.

Window repairs - The windows damaged and leaking which has occurred is now completely repaired. we are currently getting a quote to repair those that require maintenance but not yet leaking.

Drainage - This is now completed including a couple new inspection pits installed, a concrete curb to stop any future water run off and is now nicely top dressed with some fresh mulch. We are now in the prospect of how we can fill it out to create a warm welcoming area for people when they first arrive on a Sunday morning

Ashphalte - This is now fully repaired including pots holes and a raised channel has been placed at the top to divert water run off from the road. Line marking has also been completed which includes a yellow painted pedestrian zone for people to safely walk from the car park to the entrance.
